Asian players gave no chance to Europeans and stood victorious in the first day of competition at the Asia-Euro All Star Series. Bojan Tokic was the only European player, who posted a victory but it wasn't enough for his team. However, the European team had the chance to redeem themselves on Sunday.

Asian team gave the first blow in the Asia-Euro All Star Series after sweeping with Dimitrij Ovtcharov and Co. in the first day of competition. Bojan Tokic was the only European player who emerged successfully and keeps European hopes of leveling the score in the second day.

Gao Ning 3-1 Alexei Smirnov

Gao Ning took revenge on his defeat suffered against ALexei Smirnov in the last match of the second leg of the Asia-Euro All Star Series held in Minsk last year. The Singaporean took control of the match and beat the Russian player in four games.

Hao Shuai 1-3 Bojan Tokic

What a debut for Bojan Tokicin at the Asia-Euro All Star Series as he overcame Hao Shuai by 11:2, 7:11, 7:11 and 6:11. at his home soil. Besides, the Slovenian player is one of the few players, who has beaten a Chinese player in this competition. With this victory, Tokic leveled the score at 1:1 for Europe.

Jun Mizutani 3-1 Vladimir Samsonov

Jun Mizutani emerged successfully over Vladimir Samsonov in a close match. The Japanese player just took revenge on his defeat suffered in the first leg of the Asia-Euro All Star Series held in Beijing and gave the second point to Asia.

Chuang Chih Yuan 3-0 Dimitrij Ovtcharov

Chuang Chih Yuan scored the fourth point to Asia after defeating Dimitrij Ovtcharov by 11:9, 16:15 and 11:9. Probably, everybody expected Ovtcharov to level the score but Chuang was better in crucial points.

Leung Chu Yan 3-1 Adrian Crisan

Despite Adrian Crisan has a better ranking postion than Leung Chu Yan, the Hong Kong's player stood victorious by 11:9, 5:11, 11:6 and 11:7, and secured victory for Asia in teh first day of competition.
