After his winning performances in the World Team Cup, the Korean Open and the Asian Cup, Xu Xin could be the player who has the biggest momentum. In addition, he has taken some of the bigger names in table tennis including Ma Long and the promising rookie Yan An. With the world championships being a month away from now, Xu Xin revealed that he is fully confident for the competition. 

 

Tencent Sports. Xu Xin has been in his best form recently with all his winning performances in major competitions. However, the biggest table tennis event of the year is yet to come and Xu Xin is not in any way worried about it. 

Xu Xin has showed his best form in the past three weeks after his winning performances in the World Team Cup, the Korean Open and the Asian Cup. Through these competitions, Xu Xin was able to show his capabilities and proved his worth to the coaches.

With the 2013 World Championships getting closer, Xu Xin is actually on fire. 

"Actually, I have been in preparation early on. Since the Squad Trials, the World Cup, the Korean Open until the Asian Cup, I have been in a lot of battles. I desired for coach Liu Guoliang to send me to these tournaments." Xu Xin said. 

Although these tournaments are lesser in weight compared to the World Championships, Xu Xin is well aware that they can actually help him to be prepared for big game in Paris. 

After winning over the world's number one Ma Long in the 2013 Korean Open and his nemesis Yan An in the 2013 Asian Cup, Xu Xin admitted that he is indeed full confidence for the upcoming 2013 World Championships in Paris.

"I just hope that I will learn more in our Closed Training and be able to reach the finals to raise the banner of pen-hold grip players." Xu Xin concluded.
