Michael Maze on the operating table again
Spread the love for Table Tennis!

Injuries don't give a break to Michael Maze. The Danish player announced on his facebook fan page that he had a knee surgery last week. This is his fourth surgery in less than five years, but Maze isn't thinking of giving up. On the contrary, he wants to continue playing at the highest level.

Bad news for Michael Maze's fans. The 2009 European champion informed on his facebook fan page that he had to enter the operation room on Friday. Maze said that he had felt pain on his right knee in the last months, which didn't allow him to train properly.

This is his fourth surgery in less than five years. In 2010 he suffered a serious knee injury and was away from table for about a year. In 2012 he had some problems on his hip and had to visit the operation room again.

There is no information about how long he will be away from tables, but one thing is sure: he will make great comeback, just like in the last two occasions.
