As the Chinese Team won another world championship title in men's table tennis, a new name has been hailed a world champion as well and he is the 22-year old Fang Bo. In the whole duration of the competition last week, Fang Bo was not able to play in the main draw but because of the fact that he is part of the strongest team in the world, he is now the 109th world champion among Chinese players. 

Sina Sports. Fang Bo successfully sealed his seat in the World Team Cup lineup and that actually made him the newest world champion in Chinese table tennis history.   

The Chinese  Men's Team swept its way in the finals against Austria in the final round of the 2015 World Team Cup. Zhang Jike, Fan Zhendong and Xu Xin were the players who made the lineup for such round. 

With this victory, the championship title remains to be in the hands of the Chinese Team, including Fang Bo

Fang Bo availed his seat in the lineup for this tournament after he won in the selection process last year. During the competition last week in Dubai, Fang Bo only played once and that was in the Group Stage against Egypt's Omar Assar. He scored 12-10, 11-7, 11-8.

Liu Guoliang said that Fang Bo has really stepped up in his game in 2014. He showed his potential that he can actually make it big in this new age of table tennis. The head coach even acknowledged that Fang Bo has surpassed his colleagues, Yan An and Zhou Yu

Although Fang Bo was not given a chance to play in the main draw, at age 22, Fang Bo is already the 109th Chinese world champion in the history of table tennis - talking about the perks of being in the Chinese Team.
